Shipping Area

We currently ship within Malaysia only.

Delivery Time

After payment is confirmed, we require 2–3 working days to process and pack your order.

Delivery estimate:

  • Klang Valley: 1–3 working days
  • West Malaysia: 3–5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5–8 working days

During festive seasons or high-volume periods, deliveries may take longer.

Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia: RM15
  • East Malaysia: RM25

Delivery Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed to the courier, risk of loss/damage transfers to the customer, as long as the courier provides proof of delivery.

Customers are encouraged to:

  • Ensure correct delivery information
  • Be available to receive the package
  • Record an unboxing video for proof in case of dispute

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Incomplete information

Re-delivery charges may apply.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will:

  • Inform you immediately
  • Offer a refund
  • Or allow you to wait for restock
