Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date the item is received.

Eligibility for Return / Exchange

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Complete with original packaging, accessories, tags, and receipt
  • Not damaged, worn, resized, engraved, or altered in any way

Reasons Accepted

We accept returns/exchanges for:

A. Wrong Item Received

  • If you received the wrong product, we will arrange return shipping at our cost.

B. Manufacturing Defect

  • If the product is defective upon arrival, we will cover return shipping and replace or refund after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made items
  • Engraved/personalised jewellery
  • Jewelry that has been worn, scratched, or damaged
  • Promotional / clearance pieces
  • Hard Gold Items

Return Shipping Fees

Our mistake (wrong/defective item): We cover the return shipping.
We recommend using a trackable courier service for all returns.

Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo quality and authenticity checks.
Returns may be rejected if the item:

  • Shows signs of wear
  • Is damaged due to mishandling
  • Arrives without complete packaging or receipt

Refund Method

Depending on the case, refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Original payment method (bank transfer/card)

Processing time: 1–7 working days after the returned item is verified. If the refund involves vouchers/discounts used during purchase, the refund will be based on the net amount paid.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for same design or equal value, depending on stock availability.
  • If the new item is higher priced, the customer will top up the difference.
  • Exchange or trade-in items are priced according to the prevailing gold rate per gram at the time of exchange, plus any applicable making charges.
